Whether it’s the collections of butterflies and antlers, old silver, or the Moroccan tiles, there’s a simple sophistication throughout. Bohemian and relaxed, Foxfire is like your globe-trotting uncle’s country estate. A place where modern travelers can lounge by the stone fireplace on sheepskin rugs or on vintage velvet and leather sofas. It’s about conversation, community, and the right ambiance to create perfect moments.
The 100-year-old inn has 11 guest rooms, each with white linen bedding on sun bleached wood beds crafted by a local carpenter to ensure a good night’s sleep.
In the morning, guests help themselves to a bountiful breakfast laid out on the concrete bar — hot coffee/tea, house-made granola, yogurt, fruit and juice, fresh-from-the-oven banana bread or apple cake, hot dishes, soft buttery cheeses, smoked fish, and meats with a Nordic country influence.
All catering is done on site. Each Foxfire wedding is unique – our chef creates the menus in collaboration with you so that you have the exact style and taste of food that perfectly suits your event
